Editor’s Note: According to the East-Central Africa Division (ECD), this morning, October 24, Burundi Union President, Lamec Barishinga was arrested on his way to the ECD year-end meetings in Nairobi, Kenya.  Below is a letter to the Adventist Church in Burundi from Seventh-day World Church President, Ted N.C.
